When the cargo won't fit a container, we engineer the move. JIT-Ex plans and executes out-of-gauge, break-bulk, and heavy-lift shipments by sea, air, and road - including full and part vessel charters, full aircraft charters, and tug-and-barge operations - with route surveys, lifting method statements, and single-point accountability from origin to foundation.
Out-of-Gauge & Break-Bulk
Cargo that exceeds standard container dimensions - flat-rack and open-top solutions, break-bulk stowage, and general project cargo, lashed and secured to MEG4 and carrier standards.
Heavy-Lift Engineering
Route surveys, swept-path and bridge-load analysis, lifting studies, and written method statements for abnormal loads. We plan the move on paper before a single unit is lifted.
Sea Charters - Full & Part
Full and part vessel charters for bulk, break-bulk, and project consignments, including charter-party (CONGENBILL / BIMCO) documentation, stowage planning, and port-agency coordination.
Air Charters - Full Aircraft
Full main-deck freighter charters (B747-400F and B777F class) arranged and managed directly and through specialist brokers for time-critical and oversized air cargo.
Barge & Floating-Crane Ops
Tug-and-barge movements and floating-crane lifts for coastal and cross-Gulf transport where road or berth access is constrained.

Full and part vessel charters for dry bulk commodities - grain, aggregates, minerals, cement, and fertilizers - moved under CONGENBILL charter-party terms with load-port agency coordination on FIOS terms.
Break Bulk
Out-of-gauge and project cargo on flat-rack and open-top equipment, break-bulk stowage, and heavy-lift units - lashed and secured to MEG4 and carrier standards, with route surveys and written method statements before the move.
Air Freight Charters
Full main-deck freighter charters - B747, B777, and B737 freighter classes - for time-critical and oversized air cargo, including IATA-compliant live-animal moves, arranged directly and through a specialist broker network.
