Refund Policy

In one of the following cases shall refund the amount to cardholders credit card or the issuing bank account

  • Customer has posted/paid the transaction multiple times online and we received the funds into our account
  • Customer has made excess payment by mistake
  • Invoice is paid multiple times
  • Sales order is cancelled according to the terms and conditions set forth in Horse Shipping Agreement
  • Service is not delivered by (its not time bound. Sometimes flights are delayed due to technical or natural causes, government & airline regulations, & all other factors which are not in our control)

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
